Scientific research has revealed how our immune system is most definitively neurologically very sensitive to our thought life. This is another reason the Lord forewarned us about being extremely careful of what we allow into our thought life. What we allow ourselves to continually think about ought to always be Christ centred that we stay in health and prosper in all good things.
2 Corinthians 10:4 ,” (for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) 5 casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;”
For example when you find yourself entertaining such feelings, and emotions which come as thoughts of self hatred, self-rejection, condemnation, guilt, shame and self bitterness, you are in fact attacking yourself spiritually which causes your immune system to be redirected so it actually attacks your own body tissues, whilst ignoring the true enemies of such spirits of infirmity as viruses, bacteria, cancer cells, etc and all those other nasty things the demons bring.
The thing is when you accept and entertain such destructive type of thoughts you are actually attacking yourself spiritually in your thought life and the biogenetic character of the cells of your immune system are then altered and changed in a rather negative and poisonous way.
This is how the demons are able to carry out their assignment to kill, steal and destroy you. ( John 10:10) Because your thoughts turn into words and then into actions. The devil simply wants to cause you to use your God given powers against yourself.
Proverbs 18:21,”Death and life [are] in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.”
Now let us keep in mind that the Lord of all creation deigned you to love and be loved. He also designed your immune system for your protection against all types of infections, sicknesses and diseases. If you compromise your immune system with ungodly thinking the enemy of our soul comes as like sharks do who are able to detect one drop of blood in a million drops of water. This is how diseases are able to begin to manifest in your body.
For example the Lord Jesus/Yeshua said in 1 John 3:15,”Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him. In other words if you entertain a spirit of hatred towards anyone in your heart you are guilty of murder and there is a high price that shall be required.
With all that in mind consider the fact that if you are entertaining a spirit of low self-esteem and you are having such thoughts and feelings long term like you hate yourself in your heart, the bottom line is you are in actually murdering yourself in your thought life and opening yourself up to be attacked in your body, mind, spirit and soul.
Because your body can only respond to your thought life.
The main gland of the limbic system is the hypothalamus, often called the brain of the endocrine system. Your hypothalamus can only respond to your thought life. This is very important to understand because it can only produce chemicals in response to what is going on deep within your soul and spirit.
My point here is practice taking control of your thought life in much the same way you might practice learning to play an instrument or a sport or any such skill. The more you practice each day with understanding the goal you are reaching for, the more you shall improve in your skills. The Lord God almighty is in control of all things however He shall not control your thought life and take away your freedom of choice, that is entirely up to you.
Proverbs 12:18 ,” There is that speaketh like the piercings of a sword: but the tongue of the wise [is] health.”
So please be careful on what you think on, because like a bridle in a horse’s mouth his body shall have to follow where his head goes. If you pull the reins to either side his body has to follow in that direction. If you allow ungodly thinking to direct and turn you away from the Holy Word of God your body will eventually begin attacking itself and sickness and diseases and shall lead you down a pathway ultimately to premature death. Simply because you were murdering yourself in your thought life.
Papa God made it clearly known that He considered you so valuable that you were even worth the sacrificial life of His only begotten Son Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Messiah Yeshua to take your place on that cruelest of Roman cross’s.
If you in any way disagree with the truth of the Lord God almighty here and how much He truly loves you and sent Jesus/Yeshua to come rescue you, then in fact you have made yourself greater than God and that is a clearly a form of idolatry.
Exodus 22:20,” He that sacrificeth unto any god, save unto the LORD only, he shall be utterly destroyed.”
Hebrews 10:28,” He that despised Moses’ law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:”
In other words under the law of Moses the penalty of idolatry was death. Now we are under a new and better covenant, however let us keep in mind the Lord Jesus/Yeshua said in Matthew 5:17 ,”Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.”
There are many lovely and kind people and many of them professing Christian’s today who are simply perishing from lack of knowledge of the Holy Word of God.
Today all those autoimmune diseases that come from a spirit of self-hatred still lead to death. That is simply too high a price to pay for not loving yourself, and loving others and not understanding how to love the Lord God with all your mind, body, spirit and soul. (Matthew 22:37-39)
We are without excuse now that we can see from the Holy Scriptures and from the science of epigenetic’s how there is a direct link between your thoughts, emotions and the subsequent memories effecting the way your immune system functions.
When we get self-centred we are taking our eyes off the Lord and most likely tend to get into trouble by allowing evil thoughts to be entertained instead.
Our hearts will either be led of the Holy Spirit or be lead by evil spirits.
We get to choose moment by moment.
We read in Hebrews 11:6,” Now without faith it is impossible to please Him; for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. ”
Remember to seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness and all the things you need will be given you. Pursue the Lord Jesus/ Yeshua in a personal intimate relationship and healing and miracles will often be the result. Because the Lord loves to restore for it is in His divine nature.
Our brain has something called the ARS system, where every thought you have will go down either a pathway of faith or a pathway of fear. Now most people have been trained by the enemy for so long to pick up on fear. So your brain picks up on it and says, “Hmm, that looks like fear,” and so it goes down that familiar fear pathway. Just as your blood travels the arteries like an information highway, carrying the information in every cell of your body. Its like your body has its own internet system where it can access information and cause reactions or symptoms because of that information being shared. As a man thinketh so he is (Proverbs 23:7).
When we begin to think, speak and do as our Holy Guide Book to the Supernatural instructs us, and we look and stay in faith good things shall happen. When you begin to trust in the Lord Jesus/Yeshua with your whole heart so you begin to have thoughts that travel down the faith pathway this is a marvelous thing and you shall be blessed. This is a good reason how you have to start training yourself to practice walking and thinking and speaking in faith.
Matthew 12:37,”For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.”
If you just start practicing this for about 3 days in a row you will begin to reap some of the benefits. For one thing, you will start seeing situations and people from a more heavenly perspective. You will start applying the truth you know and it will make you free (John 8:32).
You will start causing a new growth of faith thoughts to override the old fearful ones. So you block off those old nasty, beastly and fearful pathways and old strongholds and begin to blaze a new trail going down the neuronal pathway of faith instead. Your brain will start to process this in other areas of your life as well.
Most people have had some places in their life where the enemy has caused pathways of fear, where its not so easy to walk in faith. Most people have experienced some trauma and reoccurring traumas, difficult places and some bad times where all those chemicals in your body are being released throughout the day causing what the world calls emotions and attitudes to happen in poisonous ways.
So all these chemicals are rushing through the pathways of your arteries, veins, and marrow and the first place it goes to is the heart.
Research is showing that your heart has over 40.000 neurons of it.
It is like your heart has its own brain which checks for congruence between the heart and the head. That is why it says in Matthew 18:35,” So likewise shall My heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses. ”
Interestingly what has been discovered is that if your heart and your brain are not in congruence you can not replace those old fear based patterns.
This is research being done by secular scientist, not people who are taking into account of the spiritual implications because they do not yet understand that part. But we have been blessed with the Word of God and understand the Lord created science to show us how amazing His creation truly is. Clearly the Lord our God does not want any of us perishing from lack of knowledge. We are to be lead of the Holy Spirit who comes to teach us all things we need to know here.
John 14:26,”But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.”
The Lord Jesus/Yeshua said in John 10:27,” My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:” Fight back overcomers, trust Papa God for every detail and stay in faith! Jesus said in Luke 21:15, “For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.’ I say hallelujah! Because “All”, things are possible with God! I pray the Lord’s supernatural peace, healing, provision and protection cover you always with oceans of agape love in the almighty name of Jesus/Yeshua!
