Awake to Righteousness

Awake to Righteousness

Yes, it is true all of us have fallen short of the Glory of the Lord, however that is one of the things that the Lord Jesus came to permanently fix. Hallelujah!!!

Considering, if we really weren’t worthy Heaven would not have paid such a high price to have Jesus make a way possible for us to be reconciled with the Lord through the horrific sufferings He went through on that cross.

We read in, 2 Corinthians 5:17,” Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new”.

It is in vain if anyone profess a relationship with Christ whilst they are unchanged in their heart. Another reason that modern message of grace on steroids is so problematic, because it is basically ending up giving people the false idea that they can keep willfully sinning and still get into Heaven. However the wages of sin is death according to Romans 6:23. Allow me to continue sharing here from 2 Corinthians 5:18,” And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; 19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation”.

In other words God is in Christ reconciling people to Himself, how amazing and awesome is this good news!

20 “Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him”.

You know, I believe we need to take this very seriously because people’s life depend on this.

In this world it seems because of the havoc that has been launched against us by the devil since the fall of Adam this life can be so discouraging at times. Because this life is not where our hope comes from. It is only in Christ we have our hope and we need to share that hope with this fallen world.

We read in 1 Corinthians 15 :34,Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame.”

There are so many people all around us that are walking about wounded, that need a touch from the Lord. That need someone Baptised in the Holy Spirit to minister and pray for them. Because they are hurting so much they need someone like us to come round them and pray for them, and minister to them and encourage them in the Gospel. They may need a creative miracle and healing and we need to be able to step up in faith and allow the Lord to use us in this way, whether we feel like it or not.

Which is what the whole church is suppose to be doing. I mean the Word tells us Ephesians 4:11,”And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:”

So all of us disciples of Christ are suppose to help minister to the body of Christ. Amen! I have seen the Lord heal people instantly numerous times now because the Lord loves to bless and heal and restore  people as we step out in faith and believe Him at His Word.

Sadly I observe so many people in the churches who don’t understand who they are now in Christ. Who aren’t really trusting the Lord at His Word. Who aren’t continually doing all they can to do which is pleasing in His sight. Instead you hear them grumble and complain and express fear of the future. They speak ill against each other or they are on the other side of the fence telling you this is your best life now. How can that be true when so many suffer on earth today?

Clearly the Lord tells us in 1 Corinthians 12:26,” And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.”

As disciples of Christ we shall all suffer with the suffering, and rejoice with the victories. We still need to trust in the Lord for all things because faith is not about how we feel, it is about trusting that God said what He means and He means what He said!

Too many people seem to gain their identity in what they have and in what they give, rather then in who they are in the finished and completed work of Christ. So we are watching people who are stressed out and angry, like a nation that is so deeply in debt it can not find its way out in the natural. Which is a historical reason wars are manufactured. Kingdoms come and Kingdoms go in this world, but the Kingdom of God shall always remain!

Let us keep in mind we are first in an invisible spiritual battle and it starts in your thought life. However, no matter how deeply we have fallen into troubles let us keep in mind that Jesus knew us before the foundation of the world was even laid, and He knows how we shall end up victorious with Him!  Ephesians 1:4,”According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:”

Let us therefore keep fighting the good fight of faith, the Lord has not given up on us so neither ought we give up on anyone else or ourselves.

I pray the Lord’s supernatural peace, healing, provision and protection cover you always with oceans of Agape love. PASTOR CASPAR

Remembering Who You Are In Christ

Remembering Who You Are In Christ.

Remembering Who You Are In Christ

There been times when I been walking through the airport or some public place and I can not help but notice people who are just flat out frustrated with some situation going on in their life. For example they missed their flight, or some other issues are going on with them. They are so visibly upset and they are not bothered by anyone knowing this. So they start taking out their frustrations on some innocent worker behind a desk. Which almost reminds me a how children have temper tantrums which most of you know is a sudden, unplanned display of a spirit of anger manifesting. During a temper tantrum, children often cry, yell, and swing their arms and legs wildly, sometimes they even fall down carrying on like that and don’t seem to care who is watching. So you observe it is not just an act to get attention, they are truly upset about something.
Most children will grow out of having obvious temper tantrums, it is just that when they become adults and still have poor coping skills it becomes problematic. Sometimes we can read or watch the news and see these issues manifesting in world leaders and groups of people, like those who want to rid the world of Israel. Sometimes you see upset Christians in public places, or someone with road rage, throwing their hands and making a fist in the air, because truthfully they are having a charismatic worship service for the wrong kingdom. I’m just saying….

But let us consider how the Lord Jesus dealt with such things, for he model incredible patience.
Jesus gives us the same opportunities today to do as He does and wait patiently by extending mercy, grace and love.
2 Peter 1:1,” Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ:
2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,
3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
5 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;
6 And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;
7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.
8 For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
9 But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.”

Best to remember who you are in Christ all the time.

Will A Holographic Preacher Be Coming To An Alter Near You?

Will A Holographic Preacher Be Coming To An Alter Near You?.

Will A Holographic Preacher Be Coming To An Alter Near You?

23 Jan

Now considering not everything that is supernatural is of the Lord. I tell you the truth there is a serious counterfeit version of Christianity unfolding before us in the world today. Just as the Holy Scriptures forewarned us about before Christ’s return. For example, we read in 1 Timothy 4:1,” Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;” We also see in 2 Timothy 4:3,” For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; 4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”

So we really need to understand the Word of the Lord so that the true church is operating in all the gifts of the Holy Spirit today. Is this a suggestion or commandment? 1 Corinthians 12:31,” But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.”

If you didn’t know what the genuine church looks like, how will you be able to discern the counterfeit version of Christianity? In much the same way people are fooled by counterfeit money who can not tell the difference, simply because they have not taken the time to know the difference. Many people know about Jesus, but do they actually know him as only a true born again, Spirit-Filled believer can know Him?

When the Lord Jesus had a church service what did He do? Clearly Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Messiah Yeshua preached the Gospel, healed the sick and cast out demons. Then He told us to do this as well in His authority and almighty name, John 14:12,” Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.”

Notice there is no limits on what you can ask of the Lord for because all things are possible with God!

After Jesus glorious resurrection, one of the very first things he instructed his true followers to do was cast out evil spirits in his name. (Mark 16:15-20) Sadly today it appears most professing believers have never cast out one evil spirit in the almighty name of Jesus, nor have they laid hands on the sick and seen them recover. If you have been truly baptised in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, you can not help operating in these gifts and experiencing the fruits of the Holy Spirit?

Why are we even instructed to meet as a church? We read in Hebrews 10:25,”Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.” Do you see the day approaching? Do you think it is possible we shall see the Lord Jesus return in our lifetime watching the prophetic landscape being fulfilled before us as we do today?

Is there any evidence in the our Holy Guide Book to the Supernatural that the church is ever to be a spectator event, where the people are simply entertained every week? Did the Lord Jesus ever give a seeker friendly message anywhere in all of Scripture, so no one was offended? My Bible says in Matthew 4:17,” From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”

Is the church suppose to separate young and old so we can no longer truly relate to each other the Gospel message and share life with people who are different from us economically, intellectually, and generationally? Do we need the living Word of God, or do we need more church consultants to help mold and make more modern day motivational speakers we now mistakenly call pastors even more popular? Didn’t we read in John 3:30 ,”He must increase, but I must decrease.”

I find it interesting how these popular motivational communicator type versions of pastors are able to carefully avoid actually quoting the Holy Scriptures in front of their audiences. (notice I did not say congregation) Giving you a nice message without need of repentance that makes you feel good and justified in your sins? We were certainly warned the day would come when many in church will no longer endure sound doctrine.

Has anyone noticed the amazing advances we are making in technologies just as the Bible forewarned us would take place in the last days. Daniel 12:4,”But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.” So we now have a new business of churches, instead of being about God’s business. We have the new version of church as an actual “franchise” and the preacher as the “product.” If fact some have now employed these technologies to be able to franchise satellite churches and have their pastor become a star commodity by projecting him from their home church building as a life-sized holographic image to help entertain more people in more church buildings they own and operate. So now we can experience a holograph preaching on the alter, giving a fast tasty junk food type of message. We read in Galatians 1:8 ,”But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.”

Please hear my heart I am not against technologies, and its advancement because clearly fire can be used to keep you warm and cook your food, or it can burn your house down and worse.

It seems to me if you had a weekly gathering of thousands of people who say they love the Lord Jesus, surely the Lord would call numbers of them to help lead the church with supernatural signs and wonders following. What sort of signs followed the Lord Jesus I hear you ask? The sick were healed and people were delivered of evil spirits, yes those signs. All the gifts of the Holy Spirit ought to be operating in every true church of the Lord Jesus, yes including prophesy and speaking in supernatural languages. (1 Corinthians 12)

If you stop and consider this, it appears that if someone today were to stand up and say, “I have a prophesy”, or started speaking in an unknown tongues in these modern popular churches the ushers would probably quickly escort them to the back door and they will be forbidden to ever reenter.

So what is the whole church is suppose to be doing? I mean the Word of God tells us clearly in Ephesians 4:11,” And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:” What’s perfecting you?  Removing the old so the new can come. Removing the spirit of bitterness so forgiveness can come.  Removing the spirit of anger and hatred so love can come. Allowing the Holy Spirit to purge the impurities to make you a vessel of honor.

This clearly means all of us disciples of Christ are suppose to help minister to the body of Christ. Every believer ought to be able to lead someone into salvation and pray for the sick and see them healed in the almighty name of Jesus!

For we read in Hebrews 5:12,” For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.”

If this is strong meat to you, then it means its time you got off the milk and get on with the great commission. Amen!

Luke 10:9 And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.

I pray the Lord’s supernatural peace, healing, provision and protection cover you always with oceans of Agape love. PASTOR CASPAR
